Legal
Privacy policy
This website provides information about the Servelta software. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. Below you can read which data nevertheless arises when you visit and how we handle it.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the operator named in the legal notice. You will find the contact details there.
2. Visiting the website (server logs)
When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, transferred data volume, browser identification and the previously visited page (referrer, if the browser sends it). This data is required to deliver the page, detect errors and fend off abuse.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Delivery runs through the content delivery network and proxy of Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany), which accepts your connection and forwards it to our server; in doing so Cloudflare processes connection data on its own responsibility or as a processor. Logs are kept only as long as necessary for operation.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no web analytics, no social media plugins, no embedded videos and no fonts from third-party servers. Consent is therefore not required and there is no cookie notice.
4. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your details (sender address, content, time) to answer your request and arrange a demo. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). We delete the correspondence as soon as it is no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention duties stand in the way.
5. Links to other websites
The “Live demo” page links to the demo shop at bikeland-shop.krasper.ai and to the pages of a Servelta demo installation embedded there. The privacy notices shown there apply to those services. When you click a link, your browser transmits the usual connection data to the respective server.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please contact the address given in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, who is responsible for the operator.
7. Changes
We adapt this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
