A new e-bike ready for handover at a sales counter, with a tablet and key next to it.

For leasing dealers

Leasing without portal hopping.

Every provider has its own rules, portals and billing routes. Servelta knows them – and submits to JobRad, Deutsche Dienstrad and Mein Dienstrad straight from the case.

Where leasing gets stuck in practice

01

Every provider is different

Price range, accessory rules, mandatory fields, invoice or self-billing: the provider profile defines it, from templates for 13 well-known lessors. Anything not leasable automatically becomes the own share.

02

Typed twice

With the JobRad Offers API and the Leasing Automation Platform, offers go from the case to the lessor; the status comes back every 15 minutes. Without an interface, Servelta guides you through the portal steps.

03

The bike is already gone

On submission the bike is reserved in stock. A document for the same unit for another customer is rejected.

04

Is the payout right?

Target/actual reconciliation with dealer discount, fee, commission, cash discount and the payment status from the bank statement. Every deviation needs a reason; in self-billing an objection is possible.

The leasing case

From offer to end of contract – with a handover protocol that holds up in court and with the lessor.

  1. Case

Bike, accessories, employer, user; check against the provider’s price range and rules.

  2. Submit

Via interface or portal; the lessor’s order number becomes mandatory before “approved”.

  3. Ready for pickup

Bike reserved, customer informed, own share at the register or by invoice.

  4. Tablet handover

Pickup code, ID check, safety briefing, frame, battery, motor and key numbers, photos, two signatures; PDF/A-3 with checksum.

  5. Billing

Invoice to the refinancer (also as an e-invoice) or self-billing settlement document; target/actual reconciliation.

  6. Service and end of contract

Service budget by frame number, reminder 90 days before the end, return protocol, purchase as a used bike.

  • Private leasing and financed purchase with deposit and final invoice in the same module
  • Leasing-Check: find third-party lease contracts for a service case and adopt them
  • Lessors’ credit notes arrive as e-invoices via purchasing and are matched automatically
  • Posting notes for the tax adviser on self-billing, fees and cash discount
  • Interface credentials stored encrypted only, transfer log without secrets
  • Leasing archive stays readable after the licence ends (§ 147 (6) AO)
