A mechanic’s hands adjusting a bicycle’s rear derailleur on a repair stand.

For workshops

Less phone, more wrenching.

Customers book online, bring their bike with a QR code and see for themselves when it is ready. Your mechanics work through a plan that knows capacity, parts and approvals.

What eats time in a workshop

01

“Is my bike ready?”

Every call interrupts. With online order status, customers see for themselves whether their bike is received, in progress, waiting for parts or ready – and get the “ready for pickup” message automatically.

02

Diaries and double bookings

Online bookings, desired dates from intake and planned slots all pass through the same capacity check. What is full is not offered online.

03

Approvals and extra work

If the total exceeds the customer’s approval, the order automatically goes back to “estimate” and waits for re-approval – documented with type, time and remark.

04

Parts nobody ordered

Parts from workshop orders feed the reorder suggestion as demand; if a customer is waiting for something nobody has ordered, Servelta reminds you.

How an order runs

From online booking to pickup – every step in the system, no paper slips.

  1. Booked online

Service package, time window, bike and photos; confirmation with QR code by e-mail.

  2. Check-in

Scan the QR code, the workshop order with bike record is created; assign a bay.

  3. Intake and suggestions

Checklist points, wear suggestions from measurements and maintenance plan, cost estimate with approval limit.

  4. Work and parts

Work through the lines, withdraw parts with serial numbers; “waiting for parts” until goods arrive.

  5. Done

Completion, message to the customer by e-mail or SMS, online status “ready for pickup”.

  6. Pickup and billing

Billing at the register or by invoice – also to lessors or insurers; confirm pickup, the bay becomes free.

  • Bike record per vehicle with history, frame number, measurements and earlier recommendations
