Why Servelta

Built for how a bike shop actually works

Not a general-purpose program bent into shape, but built for bike dealers from day one. Frame numbers, lease contracts, workshop appointments and receipts simply belong together here.

01

The bike is the centre

One bike, one record: frame number, history, bay, lease contract and insurance, from goods receipt to a service years later.

02

Audit-proof without extra effort

Till inspections and tax audits without the stress: everything the tax office and your accountant need is built in at no extra cost.

03

One system for the whole team

Sales, workshop, purchasing and accounting work in the same system in the browser, see the same data and coordinate in the team chat.

04

Connected where it matters

Wholesalers, lessors, online shop, accountant and phone system are connected directly. No retyping between programs.

All features

A working day

A day in the shop with Servelta

How the areas interlock in everyday work, from opening up to the daily closing.

  1. 08:30

Open the shift, check the plan

The register opens a shift. The workshop plan shows appointments per mechanic, and online bookings are already in it.

  2. 09:10

    Check-in by QR code

A customer brings her bike for the appointment she booked online. The QR code from the confirmation e-mail is scanned and the workshop order is created with bike record and service package.

  3. 10:40

    Hand over a company bike

A leased bike is ready: handover on the tablet with frame and battery number, checklist and two signatures. The protocol is safely archived and the invoice to the lessor is prepared.

  4. 12:15

    Sale at the register

An e-bike with helmet and voucher: scan the frame number, the customer group price applies and insurance is offered right away. The receipt is compliant and can go out digitally.

  5. 14:00

    Reorder with price comparison

The reorder suggestion knows what is missing: stock items, customer orders and workshop parts. You see wholesaler prices and availability at once, and the order goes out electronically.

  6. 15:30

    Bike done, customer informed

The mechanic marks the order done. The customer gets the “ready for pickup” message by SMS and can also see the status online. The bike is in bay A-03.

  7. 17:45

    A call with context

A customer calls; Servelta shows him with his open rental. After the call, the note is in the contact history.

  8. 18:30

    Daily closing

Count, Z report, shift closed. Today’s incoming payments are matched automatically, and the daily report goes to the owner by e-mail.

For your website

Workshop online: book appointments, track status

Fewer calls in the workshop: on your website, customers book their own appointment and can always see how far along their bike is.

  • Service packages with duration and time windows, no double bookings in the workshop plan
  • QR code by e-mail, scan it at drop-off and the order is ready
  • Status page: received, in progress, waiting for parts, ready for pickup
  • No customer account needed, access ends automatically 14 days after pickup

Workshop and sales

From the counter to the repair stand

Register and workshop share customers, bikes and documents. A workshop order is settled at the register, a sold bike gets its first service as an appointment, and both end up in the same bike record.
