“How many size M trekking bikes do we have in the north branch?” The assistant answers from real data – read-only, only with the permissions of the person asking, and without names or contact details of natural persons leaving the building.

Chat and reports
- Side panel in the desktop; OpenAI model via “Sign in with ChatGPT” using an administrator’s plan (Plus or Pro)
- Tools of the business modules: items, stock, documents, purchase orders, KPIs, calendar and locations – always with the user’s read permission
- AI automations: daily business report, workshop day plan, reordering, liquidity or your own instruction – as a report with PDF at fixed times
- Web search only for public information, can be switched off; always off for automations
Privacy built in
- Private customers, contacts and employees are never shown to the model – nor private customers’ frame numbers or free text
- E-mail addresses, phone numbers and IBANs from inputs go to OpenAI only as placeholders
- Conversations are deleted after 30 days (configurable); audit only with the number of tool calls, never with content
- A note on OpenAI’s terms of use ships with the documentation – the data protection officer and operator decide
