Point of sale and TSE
The register is built for the sales counter: fast for accessories, careful with bikes and their frame numbers, and audit-proof at all times. The fiskaly cloud TSE (technical security device) signs every transaction.
Selling
- Items by scanner, search or keypad; bikes with frame numbers, variants by size and colour
- Cash, card and voucher payments, also combined; deposits and “pickup later” with a bike bay
- Settle transactions from other areas: open orders, workshop orders, rentals, leasing own shares, used bikes
- Pay open invoices right at the register – cash or card, also in instalments
- Discount rules per item (free, blocked or up to a maximum) plus a register limit with its own override permission
- Customer card by scan, customer group prices, loyalty points and bonus vouchers
Audit-proof under KassenSichV
- fiskaly SIGN DE cloud TSE: every receipt, abort and cancellation is signed
- Cash book with shifts, counts and Z report; transfers and withdrawals are documented
- DSFinV-K export and TSE export for tax audits, data sheet for the § 146a AO notification
- One-click comparison with fiskaly: do tills, states and the latest signed transactions match?
- Procedural documentation ships with the product; the register archive stays readable after module or licence end (§ 147 (6) AO)
- Training mode for new staff without affecting revenue or the TSE
Till and customer
- Digital receipt: the customer gets a link or QR code instead of paper, retrievable for 13 months
- Customer display showing the running transaction
- Lightweight till client for Windows and macOS: receipt printer (ESC/POS), cash drawer and printer status – the logic stays on the server
- Cashier login by PIN or card; tills per location with their own TSE assignment
- Margin-scheme used bikes at the register only after approval by the tax adviser
