Bicycle insurance

Arranging
- Insurers and tariffs with product information documents (IPID) in versions; templates for assona and linexo by WERTGARANTIE
- “Offer insurance” in the document editor: bike, price and purchase date are prefilled
- Information sheet as PDF/A in the customer’s language, handed over on paper or by e-mail with proof
- Conclusion only after documented information; policy number and start date are recorded
Commissions and claims
- Expected commission per policy and renewal; receipts with partial amounts, credit notes from purchasing matched, overdue commissions in the widget
- Claim on the workshop order with reporting deadline, cost estimate, approval, repair and payment
- Billing directly with the insurer, deductible as a separate invoice to the customer – when the insurer requires it
- Insurance archive stays readable after the licence ends
