Company bike leasing
Company bike leasing, private leasing and financed purchases in one flow: from the case through approval to handover and billing – with each provider’s rules and, where interfaces exist, without the portal.
Case and approval
- Provider profiles from templates for 13 well-known lessors with a source for each value; you confirm them
- Price range, accessory rules and mandatory fields per provider; anything not leasable automatically becomes the own share
- The bike is reserved in stock until handover – no sale of the same unit to someone else
- JobRad Offers API: submit, change and cancel offers, fetch status and history
- Leasing Automation Platform: offers to Deutsche Dienstrad and Mein Dienstrad with user and cart checks
- Own share at the register or by invoice; the lessor’s commission is stored in the profile
Handover and contract
- Tablet handover: pickup code, ID check without a copy, safety briefing, frame, battery, motor and key numbers, photos, two signatures
- Protocol as PDF/A-3 with embedded data and checksum; immutable afterwards, corrections only as addenda
- Service budget and inspections per contract year; the workshop checks coverage by frame number
- Leasing-Check: find and adopt third-party lease contracts by contract number or e-mail address for a service case
- Damage and theft reports with deadlines in working days
Billing and end of contract
- Invoice to the refinancer with order number, dealer discount and cash discount – as an e-invoice when the provider requires it
- Self-billing: settlement document, the lessor’s incoming credit note is matched, objection possible
- Target/actual reconciliation with the payment status from banking; every deviation needs a reason
- Financed purchase with deposit invoice and final invoice
- End of contract: reminder 90 days ahead, return protocol on the tablet, purchase as a used bike or return to the lessor
- Leasing archive stays readable after the licence ends (§ 147 (6) AO)
