Online channels
Your online shop receives items, prices and stock from Servelta; orders come back as sales orders. Servelta stays in charge of price, stock and invoice – the shop of order and payment status.
Shopware 6 and Shopify with item, price and stock sync, orders as sales orders, item data export via CSV and BMEcat.
Part of the Servelta desktop with its own apps, permissions, KPIs and privacy declarations.
Shop connection
- Shopify (GraphQL Admin API) and Shopware 6 (Admin API): upload items with variants, prices, stock and images
- Stock = physical stock of the assigned locations minus safety stock; price from list or customer group
- Orders as sales orders with delivery address and shipping costs; shop payments are allocated to invoices
- Shipping and cancellation back to the shop; customers matched by e-mail address, anything unclear goes to review
- Item discount limits also apply to shop prices; conspicuous orders are flagged
Export and booking
- Item data export as freely configurable CSV or BMEcat 2005 – by download or scheduled via SFTP with a pinned host key
- Online workshop booking with service packages, time windows and QR check-in (see Workshop)
- Log of all transfers; when disabled the module does nothing, after re-enabling a full sync runs
