Feature area
Parcel shipping
One click turns the delivery note into a parcel label. Your customer gets the tracking link by e-mail, and you always see where each parcel is. More parcel services are on the way.
Parcel labels straight from the delivery note, shipment status at a glance and one-click pickup, even for bulky bike boxes.
Works together with every other area: one customer, one bike, one history.
Parcel labels
- Parcel labels right on the delivery note, for one or more parcels
- Delivery to the door, to a parcel locker or to a branch
- Small parcels and bulky goods such as bike boxes too, with templates for your box sizes
- Details are checked before printing; cancel any time until the end-of-day closing
Abroad and returns
- Parcels to the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein
- Outside the EU the customs declaration is created automatically from the delivery note
- Put a return label in the parcel or e-mail it to the customer, as a label or QR code
Shipments at a glance
- Status of every shipment: in transit, delivered or problem; problems go to whoever sent the parcel
- On request your customer gets an e-mail with tracking number and tracking link in their language
- Daily overview of all shipments; order a pickup right there, even for bulky bike boxes
Technical details for IT and tax advisers
- Connected through your business customer account with a supported parcel service; more parcel services on the way; credentials stored encrypted only
- Labels as PDF in A4 or thermal format; reprint up to three days after the end-of-day closing
- Customs declaration (CN23) with tariff number and country of origin from the item
- Shipment status by polling or push notification; visible internally only
- Countries with further requirements, such as the USA, are not enabled yet
